MGM Designs always offers our customers Free Shipping when you spend just $25.00. If you live in the local area, we will deliver your item(s) to your door!
We ship our products using both United Postal Service (UPS) and United States Postal Service (USPS). You can choose shipping methods and get estimated shipping fees when you add items to your cart.
Please note: USPS shipments do not include insurance or tracking. If insurance and/or tracking are important to you, please choose UPS options.
We do not sell production line items. Your jewelry is made once you place your order. Therefore, you should expect 1-3 business days of processing time for each order. For larger orders, more time may be needed. We will notify you when necessary. If you need your order by a certain date, Contact Us and we will be more than happy to accommodate your needs, if possible.
Our goal is for our customers to be completely satisfied with every purchase. We take pride in the quality of the products we sell, and great customer service is our top priority. We value you as a customer and we appreciate the opportunity to address any concerns that may arise. If within one year from the date of purchase, you are not 100% satisfied you may exchange, repair, or return most items for a full refund of the original price paid. If you original item qualified for free shipping, a $3.00 service fee will be deducted. Please Contact Us and we will assist you with this process. Our job is not finished unless you are happy with your purchase. If you're not happy, we're not happy!
Items returned to us MUST be in their original condition. Regarding repairs: Please include any and all beads, findings, and wire, that you have. We cannot repair an item (without additional cost) unless we have 75% of the materials remaining. For your protection, please send your return items in a box or bubble envelope. Please enclose a copy of your invoice. We recommend that you insure your package. We are not responsible for product returns that arrive damaged. Please allow up to two weeks for repaired/restrung items to be returned. For larger quantities, more time may be needed. We will notify you when necessary.
We generally do not accept refunds on Custom Jewelry items. Your order is made to your specifications and would be difficult to resell. However, we will work with you until you are happy with your purchase(s).
We offer exchanges on gift items for up to 1 year after ordering.
