Do you ship to my country?
  Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our
Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?

We ship our products using both UPS and USPS providers. You can choose your shipping method and estimated shipping fees when you add items to your cart. USPS shipments do not include insurance or tracking. If insurance and/or tracking are important to you, please choose the UPS options instead.

We do not sell production line items. Your jewelry is not made until you order it. Therefore, you should expect 1-3 business days of processing time for each order.  If you need your order by a certain date, Contact Us  and we will be more than happy to accommodate your needs, if possible.

I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please Contact Us within 72 hours of receiving the product.
What is your return policy?
 
We value you as a customer and we appreciate the opportunity to address any concerns that may arise. If you are not satisfied with your purchase(s) for any reason, please Contact Us within 30 days of your order.  We will be happy to assist you with an exchange or repair. If we are not able to resolve your issue, we will offer a refund as a final option. 

We generally do not accept returns on Custom Jewelry items. Your order is made to your specifications and would be difficult to resell. 

We do offer exchanges on gift items for up to 90 days after ordering. 

Items returned to us must be in their original condition and packaging. For your protection, please send your return items in a box or bubble envelope. We recommend that you insure your package. We are not responsible for product returns that arrive to us damaged. Items returned to us in a standard unpadded envelope could become damaged by the postal service.  Please allow up to two weeks for repaired/restrung items to be returned.
When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
